1. What was the current need/gap that you were addressing?
1) Firm up Referral and Consent Form SOPs for low to high risk cases. 2) Firm up follow-up actions after PTM. 3) Provide resources for those opting out from seeing school counsellors and resources for external support.

2.  How had it been experimented and enacted?
Started experimenting in January. 2025. Thus far, feedback has been positive.

3.  Which group(s) had benefited?
Students (Entire Cohort), All Teaching Staff, Non-Teaching Staff (Selected Groups)

4.  What was the positive impact?
Teachers are able to know how to send in referral via intranet. Division of labour and Communication flow is smoother. Consent from parents is clear...via e-mail or hardcopy.

5.  What is a future need that this IdEas@work could meet?
We can review the SOP and processes every year and streamline it where necessary. It may give us some useful data (eg., percentage of students given consent to see school counsellors, etc...)
