1. What was the current need/gap that you were addressing?
Active data to tabulate and show in a glace all counselling and concenr (non-counselling) cases, tier indicateors and support given. Other details include presenting issues, consent given, ptm, status of the student and stakeholders involved.

2.  How had it been experimented and enacted?
Shows overall thrends and presenting issues of the students. Very helpful to look into providing wholistic support for each student as we gather termly to update on case management.

3.  Which group(s) had benefited?
Senior Management, Level Heads, Year Heads, School Counsellors

4.  What was the positive impact?
User friendly Alignment in language used (With MOE on the presenting Issues) Very clear and active show of overall trends. Able to highlighth high, mid and low risk cases, their termly status and the consent and support given internally and externally.

5.  What is a future need that this IdEas@work could meet?
Presenting Issues and trends enable the team to look out and plan for preventative and upstream work.

To provide a platform for interaction between students who take Literature in Chinese or are interested in Chinese Literature from different schools. To promote an interaction between writer from Malaysia and students and writers from Singapore. To cause awareness for local students about writing among writers beyond the local arena.
