1.  What was the current need/gap that you were addressing?
Previous years Support Staff week did not give a chance for students to know Support Staff personally.

2. How had it been experimented and enacted?
This year, the students had a chance to learn more about the Support Staff through a trivia game, through recess chit chat session and the sec 4 classes got to interview a Support Staff.

3.  Which group(s) had benefited?
Students (Selected Groups), Students (Entire Cohort), Non-Teaching Staff (Selected Groups), All Non-Teaching Staff

4.  What was the positive impact?
We got feedback from students and staff that they appreciated the chance to get to interact a bit more with each other.

5. What is a future need that this IdEas@work could meet?
Better understanding and relationships between Support Staff and students.

The initiative addresses the need to broaden students’ exposure to diverse Chinese media and deepen their understanding of global and regional issues. While students traditionally rely on Lianhe Zaobao for news, this limits their engagement with other reputable Chinese media outlets or official translations of global reports. Additionally, there is a gap in students’ awareness of ASEAN-related developments, which are crucial given Singapore’s regional context. What was the current need/gap that you were addressing? Active data to tabulate and show in a glace all counselling and concenr (non-counselling) cases, tier indicateors and support given. Other details include presenting issues, consent given, ptm, status of the student and stakeholders involved. 2.  How had it been experimented and enacted? Shows overall thrends and presenting issues of the students.
