Present Situation:
Currently, we can find many finance forms available online on the new Accounts Portal. However, there are no instructions as to how to fill it out. Teachers new to the admin processes will have to ask others verbally for help.
Improvement:
Can we host step-by-step guides on how to fill in such forms and the processes involved on the Accounts Portal as well? E.g. what the different fields on the forms refer to, the need to attach original invoice, stamp it, get it signed, what dates we must take into account, where to place the form, etc. It will be a handy reference for all teachers, whether new to the process, or those who have not filled in such forms for a long time.
