Relocation of Fault Reporting link

Image
Contributed by ANG JOO LIAK and Mark Tay Present Situation: The Fault Reporting Link is found inside the NYGH Portal -> Communications section. Teachers need to login to the portal first. Improvement: Create a "Fault Reporting" link using a form and locate it on the NYGH Intranet page, next to "AV/IT Event Support Request" link. 1. This is convenient without login needed, and 2. teachers can access "requests"-related links in one location.
