Relocation of Fault Reporting link

Present Situation:

The Fault Reporting Link is found inside the NYGH Portal -> Communications section. Teachers need to login to the portal first.


Improvement:

Create a "Fault Reporting" link using a form and locate it on the NYGH Intranet page, next to "AV/IT Event Support Request" link. 1. This is convenient without login needed, and 2. teachers can access "requests"-related links in one location.

The initiative addresses the need to broaden students’ exposure to diverse Chinese media and deepen their understanding of global and regional issues. While students traditionally rely on Lianhe Zaobao for news, this limits their engagement with other reputable Chinese media outlets or official translations of global reports. Additionally, there is a gap in students’ awareness of ASEAN-related developments, which are crucial given Singapore’s regional context.
