Peer Evaluation for e-CCA Sessions

Present Situation:

Lack of interaction, having to keep apart even during CCA session.

Improvement:

COVID-19 has allowed us to think of new ways in which peers, juniors-seniors can also learn from one another via online platform. For this particular session, dancers had to record themselves for a dance conditioning exercise. After which, they were each allocated a peer's video to watch and leave their comments on padlet. The girls had to take specific screenshots and annotate what was good and what wasn't. This was nice as they could learn from one another at their own pace. This was also good as during the actual eCCA, our instructor was able to facilitate the sessions easily using the girls' responses.
