Pop up box in HRIS for Receipts of Claims for Dependents' medical costs

Current Situation:

Previously, the Accounts officer has to email staff individually for submission of original receipts to Accounts for internal audit purposes.

Improvement:

HRIS system automatically prompts claimants to submit receipts for claims for spouse and dependent claims, this reduces the number of emails the Accounts officer has to send out for the purpose of audit checks, improving productivity and quality of control.
