Climbers Deterred

Current Situation:

The turnstile structure makes it very easy for trespassers to enter or to climb out as the turnstile position effectively makes it a ladder on the outside as well as the inside of the school perimeter while the top of the frame is a smooth horizontal surface.

Improvement:

Add a barrier to the top of the turnstile frame.

Contributed by TEO ZHIYE Current situation: walkway outdside PE Dept to the CCA rooms and bookshop is too dark even in the brigh and sunny afternoon. Improvement: to save energy yet make the place bright and safe for students and staff, i suggest installing a motion sensor to turn on the lights. switching it on throughout drew flakes for wasting energy. safety first.

Hard Copy Exam Timetable

Contributed by Mrs Chek Lam Eng Present Situation: The soft copy of Exam Timetable is sent to all staff and students. Students also get a printed copy. The colour-coded timetables are also displayed on the noticeboard outside the GO. Improvement: Some of us really need to refer to the exam timetable every day and many need the timetable of all 4 levels - for side gate opening and traffic management, checking on student numbers during recess and their timing, arrangement for urgent meetings with students and staff, etc Since copies are printed for students, please print extrra for teachers' collection, instead of each of us printing our own. The colour coding is also useful. For exam comm's consideration. Will be much appreciated.
