e-Appreciation and Gratitude Cards

Current Situation: 

Gratitude and appreciation cards are designed by Peilin, then printed for staff's use.

Improvement:

The cards are converted to an easy to use google slides format. Users are given an additional choice. They can send them out at their convenience.

Contributed by TEO ZHIYE Current situation: walkway outdside PE Dept to the CCA rooms and bookshop is too dark even in the brigh and sunny afternoon. Improvement: to save energy yet make the place bright and safe for students and staff, i suggest installing a motion sensor to turn on the lights. switching it on throughout drew flakes for wasting energy. safety first.

Protecting Sec 1 data on Registration Day

Contributed by LIM MEI HONG Current Situation: List of Sec 1 students posted into the school is put up on the noticeboard on Registration Day to inform them of their registration counter number. Parents take photo of the lists leading to comparisons of numbers from different primary schools etc. Improvement: Allocate students to registration counters by naming only the primary school. Group the primary schools such that the number of students for each counter is about the same.
