Added feature in NY Portal for parents' access

Current Situation:

Students need to go GO to scan Change of Address QR-code to submit new official address.

Improvement:

Put the QR-code in NY Portal as most likely it will be the parents, instead of the student, who will have the document to update the new official address.

Digital Collection of Parental Consent for Edusave Payment Standing Order (EPSO) via FormSG

The existing process for collecting parental consent for Edusave-related payments and programme participation was manual, paper-based, and time-consuming. Forms had to be printed by parents or accounts staff, physically distributed and collected by form teachers, and manually tracked against class registers. This resulted in delays, incomplete submissions, and added administrative workload for both teachers and accounts staff. There was also a risk of forms being lost or misplaced. House system: The need to provide a platform for school wide bonding amongst students so as to foster a sense of belonging, encourage team work and positive competition. 2.
