Safety of New Wing entrance to ground level "CAVE" sheltered space next to field (above ISH)

Contributed by ANG JOO LIAK

Present Situation:

The "step" at the entrance consist of a concrete slab resting on small "legs". If someone steps on the far edge, the slab can rotate about its "legs" and may cause the person to topple or someone walking behind may kick into the protuding part and injury her toes. Photos available on request.

Improvement:

The concrete slab should be fixed in position with a solid base to prevent accidental toppling and injuries.
