Sharing of Work-related Presentation Slides

Current Situation:

Colleagues send Presentation Slides via email.

Improvement:

We should use a common platform to upload and share slides, whether via Google Drive or SSOE2 shared drives. For easier reference, retrieval and archive. (I think platforms may already exist, but the processes are not consistently applied.)
