Teacher Helpdesk for HBL and Blended Learning

Present Situation:

Teachers are not used to remote teaching and learning and have queries regarding tools used.

Improvement:

Set up an online helpdesk where members of the EdTech Committee are present online to assist teachers with their queries.

While students traditionally rely on Lianhe Zaobao for news, this limits their engagement with other reputable Chinese media outlets or official translations of global reports. Additionally, there is a gap in students’ awareness of ASEAN-related developments, which are crucial given Singapore’s regional context.
