Student Helpdesk for HBL and Blended Learning

Present Situation:

Students have queries on how to use tools for learning, especially for HBL and Blended Learning.

Improvement:

By setting up an online helpdesk consisting of Sec 1, 2 and 3 Tech Ambassadors, students may channel their queries to them. In turn, student Tech Ambassadors are able to assist their peers and also increase their experience, knowledge and leadership ability.
