Examination Instructions to Invigilators

Contributed by KONG WENG HO BENJAMIN

Present Situation:

Setters of Exam papers write instructions for invigilators on a yellow form that includes other details such as the name of the paper, class, enrolment, etc. One of the current instructions is a standard instruction that applies across all papers (collect the question papers at the end of the paper).

Improvement:

To print the instruction onto the yellow forms directly, instead of having every setter write it out 12 or 13 times (once for each class). This would not use any additional paper, and would save all the paper setters the time and effort to write out this standard instruction.
