Current Situation:
Relief staff (dunno who are them) are taking their attendance with PEN which at outside acct dept.

Improvement:
Issue staff pass to them to TAP only at acct dept. HR need not to generate new staff in HRIS. ICT will create new acct in staff attendance portal. We can reuse the staff pass for other relief staff . So Acct dept colleagues can export their daily/monthly attendance through portal.

The project addressed a gap in how International Friendship Day (IFD) was traditionally commemorated, which was typically through Kahoot quizzes or student-led presentations on other countries. While informative, these activities were largely passive, surface-level, and lacked authentic engagement with peers beyond Singapore. As a result, students had limited opportunities to develop deeper cross-cultural skills, global orientation, and an appreciation of Singapore’s geopolitical realities. Our rapidly evolving global landscape demands more than factual knowledge; it requires students to practise openness, empathy, and international collaboration. Hard Copy Exam Timetable

Contributed by Mrs Chek Lam Eng Present Situation: The soft copy of Exam Timetable is sent to all staff and students. Students also get a printed copy. The colour-coded timetables are also displayed on the noticeboard outside the GO. Improvement: Some of us really need to refer to the exam timetable every day and many need the timetable of all 4 levels - for side gate opening and traffic management, checking on student numbers during recess and their timing, arrangement for urgent meetings with students and staff, etc Since copies are printed for students, please print extrra for teachers' collection, instead of each of us printing our own. The colour coding is also useful. For exam comm's consideration. Will be much appreciated.
