Briefing for teachers posted out for O-level invigilation

Current Situation:
We have been relying on the CPEs to brief the teachers who are posted out for O-level invigilation. There has been reported cases of misconduct during the O-level invigilation.

Improvement:
This year, all teachers posted out for the year end O-level invigilation was thoroughly briefed by Sam on the roles and responsibilities so that they can comply to the guidelines.

Digital Collection of Parental Consent for Edusave Payment Standing Order (EPSO) via FormSG

The existing process for collecting parental consent for Edusave-related payments and programme participation was manual, paper-based, and time-consuming. Forms had to be printed by parents or accounts staff, physically distributed and collected by form teachers, and manually tracked against class registers. This resulted in delays, incomplete submissions, and added administrative workload for both teachers and accounts staff. There was also a risk of forms being lost or misplaced. House system: The need to provide a platform for school wide bonding amongst students so as to foster a sense of belonging, encourage team work and positive competition. 2. Direct purchase from Taobao: Maximise the budget that has been allocated for the above event. 2.  How had it been experimented and enacted? 1.
