History of NYGH architecture

 Current situation:
History of NYGH Architecture book was first proposed but it will cost a lot for low quantity printing and became yellowish in time for stock taking.

 Improvement:
To create interactive history of NYGH Architecture using Adobe Sparks and separate into 3 sections. Namely Heritage, Main Campus and New Addition. This site will be put under our main school website.

The project addressed a gap in how International Friendship Day (IFD) was traditionally commemorated, which was typically through Kahoot quizzes or student-led presentations on other countries. While informative, these activities were largely passive, surface-level, and lacked authentic engagement with peers beyond Singapore. As a result, students had limited opportunities to develop deeper cross-cultural skills, global orientation, and an appreciation of Singapore’s geopolitical realities. Our rapidly evolving global landscape demands more than factual knowledge; it requires students to practise openness, empathy, and international collaboration. Digital Collection of Parental Consent for Edusave Payment Standing Order (EPSO) via FormSG

The existing process for collecting parental consent for Edusave-related payments and programme participation was manual, paper-based, and time-consuming. Forms had to be printed by parents or accounts staff, physically distributed and collected by form teachers, and manually tracked against class registers. This resulted in delays, incomplete submissions, and added administrative workload for both teachers and accounts staff. There was also a risk of forms being lost or misplaced. These inefficiencies highlighted a clear need for a more streamlined, accurate, and sustainable solution to improve the consent collection process and reduce reliance on hardcopy documentation. 2.  How had it been experimented and enacted? Secondary One Orientation and Back to School 2025

House system: The need to provide a platform for school wide bonding amongst students so as to foster a sense of belonging, encourage team work and positive competition. 2. Direct purchase from Taobao: Maximise the budget that has been allocated for the above event. 2.  How had it been experimented and enacted? 1. House system: The houses were named according to school values and students from alternate classes were allocated to each house (e.g. students from X01, X05, X09 were in 1 house, those from X02, X06, X10 were in the 2nd house) and encouraged to work with one another through activities organised at class level, cohort level and school level towards a common goal -- rescue xiaozhang. 2.
